Drawing on Biomni’s Tenjin Expert Digital Assistant, Illuminet Automate can now offer multi-discipline solutions. Through a reciprocal partnership, Biomni clients requiring broader ITSM, and process improvement consulting can leverage Illuminet’s suite of services, to build a highly automated and enhanced service desk.
