Professional Services
Whether you are looking for an out-of-the-box solution or require a tailored implementation, Biomni has the skills to ensure that you get the best value from our products.
Biomni Professional Services complements your own team. A Biomni project begins with defining and understanding your requirements. Biomni consultants then work with you to guarantee fast deployment of the solution and make sure that you achieve lasting benefits.
Biomni Professional Services can be used to manage implementations, or to provide the guidance to allow you to deliver the solution yourself. We are also happy to work alongside existing Biomni Services Partners or your appointed partners in delivering solutions.

Integration – Integration with other systems is a frequent requirement given the role and function of Biomni products. Biomni products provide an open web-services service oriented architecture and use XML as well as other standard file formats for messaging. Biomni also provides out-of-box connectivity (via commercially supported adapters) for a wide-range of service management and other backoffice platforms.
The scope of an integration solution is typically driven by numerous factors such as:
- The high-level business objective of integration
- The target system(s) involved
- The business processes involved
- Existing interface and/or data exchange standards (such as an EAI platform)
- The physical distribution or topology of the involved systems
- The type of information being exchanged
- The frequency and mode of interaction (batch or synchronous)
- Technical or security constraints, i.e. platforms, firewall considerations etc
Consulting – Biomni business consultants are available for pre/post implementation, business analysis, solution architecture and smaller projects
Training – Biomni can deliver product and/or process training on client sites, offsite, or via webcast. Biomni will identify training requirements based on critical success factors, and develop a tailored training plan when necessary.
