Biomni solutions are designed to be administered by business people rather than software developers or coders. That means our people can get your people up to speed with only a few hours’ training, not a Masters in computer science.
We have found by engaging the relevant resources from the client at the start of the implementation phase these resources have gained a better understanding of the solution in terms of what has been implemented and how to administer and support the solution moving forward. In addition, Biomni provides the following classroom based training courses:
Key User
This course is aimed at key users of the Service Catalog, who have the responsibility for passing on basic knowledge transfer to other staff within an organization. By the end of the course delegates will understand the methods used when accessing a service in Front Office, as well as raising, approving and tracking a request.
Audience – Individuals who are identified as Key Users within an organization and need to be able to aid other users in raising a service request and application support
Service Catalog Administrator
This course is aimed at those individuals who will have the responsibility for the day to day administration of the Service Catalog. By the end of the course delegates will be able to create, configure and publish services in the Service Catalog. They will also be able to administer the system with respect to user and system settings.
Audience – Individuals who have responsibility for the Administration of Service Catalog and the training of other users within organization. This is a non-technical role as the solution is configured purely through the user interface; however it does require an understanding of the related business processes and application support.
Technical Administrator
This course is aimed at those individuals who will have the responsibility for the day to day technical administration of the solution i.e. DBA’s, Server Support. By the end of the course delegates will understand the technical installation of the solution and will be able to manage this on a day to day basis.
Audience – Individuals who have responsibility for the technical administration of the solution. This is a very technical orientated course and is aimed at DBAs, Server Support and other infrastructure roles.
