Requesting an employee start

Biomni’s Directa and Connecta modules help control complex processes such as new employee start

Step: Browse

A department manager needs to arrange for a new hire. She selects the standard Employee Start form from the Directa catalog.

Step: Enter

Directa prompts her with required fields and validation required to initiate the process

Step: Authorize

Directa sends out requests for necessary approvals.

Step: Submit

Once approvals are received, the request is submitted to Connecta where the appropriate fulfillment processes are assigned.

Connecta orchestrates the tasks that comprise the process. Each task is sent to the appropriate individual, group, or system interface.

Connecta also assigns the control point measurements and SLAs to the assigned process.

Request fulfillment advances as Tasks are completed. The end-user is notified of key events and status changes.

The department manager can track the status of the request at any time.

Asset data is automatically stored, making compliance management easier.
