VoicExcel provides an automated solution for communicating with customers by telephone.

Hosted Solution.  VoicExcel is a 100% hosted solution.  No additional software or hardware infrastructure is required, and no constraint is imposed on message length.  The system provides an efficient contact method that operates to mobiles and landlines, and call recipients can respond immediately without cost to them.

Standalone or Integrated.  The solution can be employed as a standalone service or integrated into a Connecta fulfillment process via the Voice Gateway.

Easy Configuration.  VoicExcel automatically converts the defined message script into natural speech; or by selecting a pre-recorded messages using real voice.  All keypad responses are fully logged enabling appropriate action to be taken where needed.

Schedule and verify service appointments. Use VoicExcel to remind customers that a service/engineer will be calling and also advise the customer of the expected time of arrival, or provide a selection of appointment options and capture the customer response before scheduling.

Close out requests.  Use VoicExcel to notify users that their request has been completed, measure their satisfaction and allow them to report problems.

Measure performance. Use VoicExcel to capture valuable end-user feedback to continuously improve service management.
