That way, you can not only offer the products and services that each of your customers needs, but also present them in a way that reflects their individual preferences and priorities. At the same time, you get to provide a rapid and cost-effective service by integrating everything into a single system with highly automated fulfllment processes.

To support this ‘define once, publish many’ functionality, Front Office Service Provider includes a number of enhanced supplier catalog management features. For example, client profiling rules allow supplier catalog items to be filtered and priced individually, while out-of-the-box B2B order integration provides a managed procurement framework around which shared service providers can blend their service offerings.

The solution also supports the catalog ‘punch-out’ (cXML) protocol allowing users to access a supplier web shop from within Front Office under a known customer account, load up a shopping cart, and then check out and return to Front Office with the cart contents. Request form completion and approval routing follows before the order is automatically placed on the suppliers webshop within the wider fulfillment process defined.
