Introducing Front Office version 7.0
With the imminent release of Front Office version 7.0 it’s time to take the wraps off a couple of its key enhancements, fulfillment workflow and ‘App Store’ bundles.
Fulfillment Workflow
Front Office version 7.0 allows requests to be routed to a number of fulfillment channels, whether that be an existing process automation tool, your incumbent Service Desk, or the new internal workflow module.
As with other areas of the product we’ve tried to ensure an intuitive point-and-click experience to configuration that allows anyone who understands the process to get on and define it without any additional technical knowledge.
The workflow designer employs a drag-drop interface that quickly enables the visual piecing together of all the activities and decision points required in the fulfillment process.
Support for both internal work queue activities along with a new In Box and external integrated activities, ensures the process can be orchestrated and automated across multiple parties and systems.

‘App Store’ Like Bundles
A new display option within the bundles area allows items to be displayed as icons and selected more easily onto a request. When setting up a new bundle simply ensure you have images configured against the items to take advantage of the new display mode.
