Biomni Gains Further PinkVERIFY™ ITIL Process Verification
Biomni are pleased to announce that Front Office has now been verified for the ITIL processes of Service Catalog Management and Request Fulfillment by Pink Elephant through its PinkVERIFY™ program.
PinkVERIFY™ measures a tool’s compatibility with key IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and seeks to validate that a product can meet a basic set of functional requirements as defined by ITIL. Meeting these functional requirements indicates that a tool supports ITIL processes.
