Biomni acquires automated voice messaging specialist, VoicExcel

London 2nd October 2006:  Biomni, the leading enterprise Request Management solution provider, today announces that it has acquired VoicExcel, a specialist automated voice messaging and reminder services provider, from its parent company, BCH Digital.

Biomni’s take-over of VoicExcel, with its market-leading state of the art speech technologies, provides a new route to market and valued-added service for Biomni customers.  These are large service organisations that have complex customer communication and request management processes.   VoicExcel will continue to be a sold as a stand-alone service with its established customer base in the healthcare, leisure and corporate sectors.
