Directa 5

Directa 5 represents a complete redesign of Biomni’s Directa application, focused on significantly enhancing End Users’ Request Management experience.  Directa 5.0 will give End Users a friendlier, more efficient interface with which to create, submit and track their Requests for products and services.

In Directa 5, the User Interface of the entire application has been redesigned to take advantage of the latest web technologies to make the End User’s Request Management experience more efficient, more dynamic, and ultimately more intuitive. This means more satisfaction for the user and better response for the service provider.

While we love our new look, we also wanted to give our customers more flexibility in how they present information to their customers.  Directa 5 uses a combination of the most recent web technologies to give you greater control over the look and feel of Directa to meet your corporate standards or your End User’s needs.  Add a entirely new section to the homepage.  Embed a corporate web announcements page.  Match the color scheme to your intranet.  Dynamically display data from your asset repository in real time.  It can all be done.

Further enhancing the End User experience, Directa 5 has introduced significant performance enhancements as well.  Data presents quicker with fewer page refreshes allowing the End User to complete their requests with minimal time and effort.  Make it easy for your users to submit their requests – of course the authorization workflow will still catch any requests that shouldn’t be filled!
