Front Office orchestrates request fulfillment activities over multiple ‘islands’ of delivery, whether they are 3rd parties, other systems or internal work queues. Its centralized, easily configurable management layer enforces process consistency and enables IT to respond to changing customer demands and fulfillment options.

Automation via integration to your existing fulfillment systems

Biomni provides adapter templates to allow seamless integration to your existing fulfillment systems. Our partnership with iWave Software provides additional out-of-the-box integration with over 50 popular ITSM tools.  Our integration with Symantec Workflow Solution and Microsoft Opalis also provide a gateway to a diverse array of fulfillment systems from these solution vendors and beyond.

Fulfillment team work queue management

Front Office notifies teams of their tasks and populates an ‘Inbox’ to allow easy management. The Inbox supports standard team and personal views, allowing rapid review and selection between tasks of various types, priority, and requesting business unit, etc.

Rapid ‘point & click’ configuration

Front Office allows configuration via application pages, so you don’t need to involve technical skilled personnel in activities such as the change to an individual task or entire fulfillment process.

Measurement and SLA

The Front Office SLA engine enables the flexible measurement of the request fulfillment process and provides pro-active alerting if activities overrun. SLAs can be configured to:

  • Span multiple fulfillment parties and systems to provide a complete end-to-end view of fulfillment chain performance
  • Measure partial completion of a single task or activity across multiple tasks

Reporting

The Front Office analytics module provides a suite of standard tabular and graphical reports allowing analysis of service demand, service level performance, and fulfillment team performance.
